Plum Tree Inn - Williamstown

Reserved 3 nites to attend to a dying relative. Paid for the room before seeing it. Room dirty, grounds dirty and unkept Housekeeping was missing in action and spoke no english. When time ran out got a room at a Howard Johnsons for 1/2 the price and better condition and service. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for an awesome stay. The hotel provides substantial breakfast. Well heated, reasonably large room complete with the ac unit and Clorox wipes due to the COVID virus, for example.

We stayed at the Plum Tree Inn after seeing a concert in Atlantic City at the Taj Mahal. It was right off the Atlantic City Exp., On our way home to Staten Island, ny. The prices for Atlantic City Hotels were priced way too high. It was easy to get to, only 20 minutes outside A.C. Clean nice room with King size bed and the price was right.

Staff was friendly.

Hot tub bubble jet did not work. Bathroom was not very clean. No coffee pot and coffee in room. No ice machine. No vending machines.

What's great and what's not

The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and updated amenities, including a fridge and microwave.

Check-in was frustrating, compounded by rude staff interactions. The lack of breakfast options was disappointing and the outdated decor.

The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows which is very important to my granddaughter. Room was clean, bathroom was spotless, locations was very quiet!

They were having wi-fi issues, it was sporatic at times.

Couple looking for affordable stay but be cautious!

The room was clean and beds were nice and cozy. We could even use our Firestick to stream some shows, that was decent!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but okay for a weekend.

I am accustomed to staying at places that are much more "expensive". I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the amenities that were available for the price. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Jay the desk clerk was very nice and polite and was a pleasure to deal with.

Room was filthy and very uncomfortable. The two bathroom towels provided were not even big enough to wrap around entire body. we requested extra towels which we never got. Highway traffic plus a car alarm that kept going on throughout the night kept us awake, as well as the very uncomfortable bed and three flimsy pillows we had on the king size bed. The mattress cover also had holes evidence of cigarette burns (No nonsmoking rooms were available) The refrigerator was dirty and rusty. NEVER GOING BACK!!

I appreciated the affordable pricing and efficient check-in process. The room was spacious, providing ample space for relaxation.

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard.

Gave them a credit card and he asked me to sign thinking it was my bill instead it was some sort of contract that I didn't have a chance to read before signing saying I wasn't allowed guests at all. The price was 30 more because of an occupancy tax that wasn't ever mentioned
